The Fukerton’s exclusive interview with WEC Lightweight Champion: Jamie Varner

The Fukerton’s exclusive interview with WEC Lightweight Champion: Jamie Varner

Part 1

Part 2

I’ve been pretty luck the last couple weeks.  Ryan Bader did a great interview with the Fukerton.  Jens Pulver killed it with his segment and now we get to hear from Varner.  What a great dude with great head on his shoulders.  Jamie spoke with us about his upcoming title defense against Donald Cerrone and his choice to leave the UFC for the WEC.  Jamie discussed the success of his camp at Arizona Combat, whether MMA fans are racist and does Brock Lesnar deserve his title.  Jamie is a great champion and a nice dude.  At 24, he’s got a long prosperous career ahead of him and I look forward to seeing his continued success.

The Fukerton’s Exclusive Interview with Jens “Lil Evil” Pulver

The Fukerton’s Exclusive Interview with Jens “Lil Evil” Pulver

Part 1

Part 2

Part 3

Jens is a class act.  I have lots of issues with my family as well so he is a man I can relate on a personal level.  The shit that this guy is having to overcome right now is unreal.  The emotion he shows in this interview in genuine and should be admired.  It’s rare you find a fighter of Pulver’s caliber that is this honest and forthcoming.  I can’t imagine how he is going to get into the ring with Faber and move past all of these issues, but I know one thing.  I will be pulling for Lil Evil.

If you use this interview, please link the article.  Don’t just embed the video.  Thank you.

The Fukerton’s Exclusive Interview with Bobby Lashley

The Fukerton’s Exclusive Interview with Bobby Lashley

Lashley needed just 41 seconds to make a statement to the mixed martial arts community. He’s no fake wrestler and he’s here to stay. Bobby has always been good to us here at the Fukerton and that’s why we forgive his kids going a little crazy in the background. The former ECW champion tells how he would defeat Brock Lesnar and more in this exclusive interview with the classiest blog on the web.

The Fukerton’s exclusive interview with UFC lightweight and total badass: Kenny “KenFlo” Florian

The Fukerton’s exclusive interview with UFC lightweight and total badass: Kenny “KenFlo” Florian

This guy.  This fucking guy.  He can throw hands, he can snap arms and he could talk his way out of a life sentence.  Kenflo gives 10 out of 10 answers to all my 3.5 out of 10 questions in this 20 minute lesson on how to talk mixed martial arts.  No wonder ESPN wants this guy on MMA Live. He’s the real f-ing deal.  Florian talks about his upcoming title fight, possible rematches with Sean Sherk and Nightmare Sanchez, Brock Lesnar’s heavyweight title, Anderson Silva’s future in the UFC, Gina Carano in the WEC and a slew more.  If he decides to stop cracking skulls and choking fools out, he should start selling ANYTHING.  He could sell hurricane insurance policies to people is Stillwater all day long if it came down to it.

AOL Fanhouse picks up on The Fukerton’s interview with Dan Henderson

AOL Fanhouse picks up on The Fukerton’s interview with Dan Henderson

The Fukerton is blowing up.  It is very exciting.  Our friends over at Bloody Elbow ran with our interview and it looks like it is popping up all over the internet.  Have at  gander at what Michael David Smith is reporting on for Fanhouse:

UFC fighter Dan Henderson knows something about the value of title belts, as the only person who’s ever simultaneously held the titles of two different weight classes in a major MMA promotion. So it’s noteworthy that Henderson isn’t happy about an inexperienced fighter, Brock Lesnar, being the UFC heavyweight champion:

“It kind of demeans the UFC belt,” Henderson said of Lesnar being champion. “He’s 3-1 and he’s the UFC champion. It kind of diminishes the value of the belt a little bit. Not saying he’s not tough, but there are a number of Top 10 guys out there in the UFC or in MMA that would beat Brock right now, not for any other reason than lack of experience on Brock’s part.”

I get what Henderson is saying, and when Lesnar first entered the UFC, I had some of the same reservations about him. But Lesnar has combined his freakish athleticism with a great work ethic to develop himself into a legitimate MMA fighter, and I don’t have a problem seeing Lesnar with the belt around his waist.

He inlcuded both parts of the interview and a link back to the Fukerton.  Good shit.  Thanks to everyone that checks this site and helps us get the content out there.  We are busting our ass and it is good to see that is paying off slowly but surely.

The Fukerton’s interview with the UFC’s Dan “Hendo” Henderson

The Fukerton’s interview with the UFC’s Dan “Hendo” Henderson

Hendo is a class act and was very forthcoming.  Big thanks to Justin for booking the interview and Arron from Clinch Gear.   That’s a classy buisness and they deseve you patronage.  In this interview Dan addresses his upcoming fight with Rich Franklin, whether or not Mayhem Miller is really retired and if Brock Lesnar deserves to be UFC Heavyweight Champion.   Good Shit.

I ask any website picking up this interview to please link the article directly and not just the youtube video.  I make it a priority to give credit to every site I reference and all I ask in return is the same courtesy.  Thank you.

The Fukerton’s exclusive interview with actor/director Bill Duke

The Fukerton’s exclusive interview with actor/director Bill Duke

Part One

Part Two

Predator is my all time favortie action movie, and one of my favorite movies period. I’ve had a chance to catch up with a few cast members that had prominent roles in the film, including Jesse Ventura. Bill Duke has always been a guy I wanted to interview. Bill plays Mac and manages to steal every scene he is in. Couple that with the fact that Duke was in Commando and got into a huge motel room brawl with Arnold Schwartzenegger, and you have someone whose attic I would like to live in.

What proved to be the best part of this interview was Bill’s professionalism and willingness to talk about those beloved roles.  This is a guy that has been acting and directing for years and has appeared in numerous works on tv and the big screen.  A lot of men in his position might frown on the nerdiness and fanboydom I displayed in this interview.  Not Bill.  He was a class act.  If you have seen these movies and love them like I do, you’ll only love them more after hearing from Duke.

Special thanks to OfficialBillDuke.com

The Fukerton’s Exclusive interview with the WEC’s Jens “Lil Evil” Pulver

The Fukerton’s Exclusive interview with the WEC’s Jens “Lil Evil” Pulver

Part 1: Jens Pulver

Part 2: Jens Pulver

I would first like to say Jens is a class act.  I had to reschedule this interview for technical reasons and he was very accommodating. He was at the hospitol with his wife when I called and he still made time for my dumb ass.  Jens was coming off a tough loss and a lesser man might not have felt like talking about it, but this is really a special fighter.  I have no doubt he’ll come back from this better, wiser and more acclimated to his new fighting style.  Jen’s talks about his fight with Leonard Garcia, Urijah Faber’s loss, his new fight team and if the WEC is ready for pay per view.  Good Shit.
