It was a doozy.  The transmitter crapped out for the first hour, Othello tried to get dumped a dozen times in the first segment and we didn’t take ONE commercial break the last half of the show.  As far as first radio shows that I have been a part of, this one went pretty damn good.  Othello and Drab put in the time and played well off one another.  Blue Shorts was a great sport for the amount of shit piled on him.  Beau and Shaky Knee seemed very comfortable.  We covered some interoffice dating, bathroom etiquette of a savage and Pumpkin Milkshakes at McDonalds.  How does that fill 2 hours?  It just DOES, ok???  The show is best when listened to LIVE.  Click HERE for more info on HD Radio.

Next Tuesday the 20th of October will mark the launch of the WJFK HD2.  It will also be the launch of a new radio show.  The Chad Dukes RodKast in HD,  I will be doing the show with Drab T Shirt and Othello B.  The show has total creative freedom, so everthing is on the table.  HD Radio is still under the guidelines of the FCC, so the language with not be as foul as the Fukerton RodKast, but the content should still be as dicey.  The show’s normal time slot will be Thursday nights from 7-9pm EST.  I imagine it will have impromptu episodes as well, but after next Tuesday that will be the normal timeslot.

A few answers to questions that have been received already.  The show will only be available on HD Radio and Podcasts initially.  The station still has to build a website for the new HD station that can stream it live.  We will be able to take your calls. This is not the Big O and Dukes Show.  This is not The Lavar and Dukes show.  This is not RROD Radio. This is something new.  It will have some of the old elements you may remember, but it will not have all of them.  Some things are exclusive to those shows.  There will be plenty of gaming, movies, sports, nerdshit and ball-busting.  I hope you will give this show a chance and realize that it is three guys that love radio that are having a good time and trying to entertain.  Nothing more.  Thanks for the support in advance and PLEASE spread the word.  Don’t make us look like jerks…
